Welcome to Spring!
Guys, we made it! I know, I also thought this Winter would last forever. But we're here and honestly this Spring is shaping up to be pretty glorious. The weather's been fantastic and the calendar is bustling with events. That being said, I'm thinking of putting out a more frequent newsletter that chronicles the weekly events, as I've heard you loud and clear: "Not everyone checks instagram."
So I'm going to (try to) send out a weekly newsletter that chronicles the current published events of the week. Mind you, this list will not be comprehensive. It will still be handpicked events that I've actually been to before, have been vouched for by friends or I just think are important to know about. Goodness knows I will miss things or simply omit certain events as there may not be enough info or I haven't determined that it actually happens (ya know how Durango can be sometimes.) That being said, most of these events will come from Instagram as well as various websites i.e. visitdurango, whatshappeningdurango, facebook etc. All events listed here will also appear on the calendar.
That being said, Instagram will still be your go-to for real-time event reminders as well as events I've just heard about (and events I'm too lazy to put on the calendar.) This newsletter will for if you're like me and like to plan and see all the week's events in chronological order. And I'll try to be less of a slacker and send this out on Monday's instead of Tuesday's! Okay here goes . . .
