Saying Goodbye to July

Well it's the last week of July - can you believe it? Luckily those Durango summer events you love are still happening this week. (Some for the last time!) This week we have Community Concerts, the second Animas City Night Bazaar, the last Concert Hall at the Park and the final events for Music in the Mountains.

Community Concerts occur every Wednesday until August 17th and benefit a different nonprofit each week. They are held in the Secret Garden at the Rochester Hotel. Cost is $10 at the door. More info here.

Animas City Night Bazaar: Wednesday, July 27th will be the second Animas City Night Bazaar, an eclectic and entertaining neighborhood soiree. The schedule for this week's event is posted here and includes a DJ and live music as well as yard games and nonprofit vendors.

Concert Hall at the Park: Thursday, July 28th will be the last Concert Hall at Buckley Park for the year! If you haven't caught one, now is your chance. Grab your lawn chairs and coolers and make a picnic!

Music in the Mountains: This is the last week to enjoy the annual Music in the Mountains Festival, an event bringing classical music and dance to Durango and the surrounding area. Tickets to their popular Chocolate Indulgence concert on Saturday, July 30th are still available.
