July 17 - July 23

Another weekend, another mountain conquered! I hiked my first fourteener on Saturday - Handies peak! Of course going with Running Club friends meant we hiked the longer route from Grouse Gulch making the effort about 9.5 miles and 4,500 feet of elevation gain. Have I earned my Colorado citizenship yet?? Not too much left on the Summer bucket list other than at least one backpacking trip and the Ouray via Ferrata. What's on your must-do Summer list?
